Podcast: Dr. Alise Cortez and a Purposeful Year in Review

A few months ago, I had a wonderful conversation with an inspiring leader, Dr. Alise Cortez on her Working on Purpose radio show.

She is an author, speaker, social scientist and consultant, in addition to a radio host. Over the past six years of her program, she has had conversations with leaders who are to helping to create a world where people are passionate about their work, where inspirational leadership helps team members realize their greatness, and capitalism thrives while serving the highest causes.

Alise joins this episode of the Everybody Matters Podcast to look back on 2020 and share some of the insight from leaders she's talked to about this unique and challenging year. She also talks about some of the goodness of the year to take into 2021.
